While assessing the molding process it quickly became evident that slicing the face off of the bust would be the easiest way to mold the prosthetic saving time and materials.

Once the face was removed, I mounted it in a base of Wed clay to create a clean molding surface to work on. Smooth-On Rebound 25 and Free Form Air were used to create the mold and the mother mold.
