Custom silicone & latex masks
Tell us the character. We sculpt it, mold it and cast it in silicone or latex depending on how it needs to wear and move, then paint it by hand.
Silicone is best for custom-fit, expressive pieces that move with the face. Latex is lighter and better for large heads that do not need to emote.

Prosthetics & lifecasting
A prosthetic appliance is sculpted on a stone copy of your face, so the edges blend into your skin and the piece moves when you do.
Lifecasting is available in person at our Lowell studio for faces, heads, hands and chests. We use it for custom appliances, monster hands and chest pieces.

Creature puppets & props
The same sculpt, mold and cast process makes puppets and props. We have built creature puppets, movie props and a retail display for Timberland.
For trades we don't do in house, like metalwork, 3D printing, vacuforming and sewn goods, we connect you with local artisans.

- Movie and display props
- Commercial and retail pieces
- Referrals for metal, 3D print and sewing

Painting & finishing
Finishing is where a cast becomes a character. We airbrush skin in translucent layers, weather it, and punch hair one strand at a time.
Already own a mask, appliance or prop from someone else? We will repaint and weather it for you.

- Weathering and aging
- Hair punching
